Tire Choices? What to do?

I know this topic has been addressed before, But I just needed some more input.
2002 TT that hase Bridgestone S-02A worn out in the back and 30-40% in the front. I have been fairly happy with them. I track the TT semi-regularly (10-12 track days a year).
What should I get?
S-02A - decent wear and grip, short life?
Michelin Pilot Sport Cups - excellent track grip, wear????
-can you drive on PSC's all year? Do they hold up well???
Yokohama AVS Sports- don't know much about them, the tread looks neat and they are cheap.
Help Please.

Pilot Sport Cup will not last for very long & not good for street driving & not good for short distance driving because it needs to get warm in order to work properly. btw, not good in rain.

looks like in ur case the S-02A is ur best bet. Pilot Sport 2 might perform better but do u mind the higher price? i don't see Yoko AVS sport is a better tire than the S-02A.

What tires grip better than MPSCs on the street (e.g., without heating up)?

Thats because I had them in valet mode for you.

Seriously though, what tires have better grip for the street. I would consider a change if there were something better.

Thanks Arling:
I was thinking Michelin PS2's also. But I think I will stay with S-02A's.

Do the Corsas grip better than MPSCs on the street and/or when cold? Do the PS2s?

better on street & cold. but hey again, my car has much less hp than urs.

PS2 does not grip as good as Corsa but sure it'll last longer.

The corsa system, as used by the GT3-RS and CS is a great tire as Arling suggested. It doesn't need to be run with alot of camber and should last more than the regular corsa and the PS2 CUP.
