Turbo Emblem

Simple question, I was thinking of removing my Turbo Embelm off of my rear lid - how easy does it come off and are there any holes under it or is it just glued on? Tips for removal?? Thanks!

Just glued on. A friend took his cleanly off using a blow drier.

I took mine off a few months ago, there are no holes. Just heat it up with a hairdryer and peel it off (use dental floss, your fingertips will thank you for it). I rubbed off most of the residue and got the rest with Goo-Gone.

If your Turbo is a few years old, you may see an outline of where the script was. I buffed the panel with Menzerna Final Polish and now it looks perfect.

I found some "Gue-Be-Gone" That worked like a charm, very very easy to get rid of the glue.

Just peel it off with card carefully and use little bit of acetone for the rest. not too much for paint.
