how to change ? help!!

I have a 2001 turbo and want to change my dashboard to have what the '02 + have as in a GLOVEBOX and i would also like to change my vents to aluminum/silver (sides and center) and the horizontial strip down middle of dash....any suggestions

Changing the vents will cost about 500. The strip is a problem parts are cheap but labor is expensive. Changing the dashboard will cost a small fortune and I do not know if it will fit. May be chaeaper to buy a new one .
