996 Turbo / GT2 Turbo discussion on previous model 2000-2005 Porsche 911 Twin Turbo and 911 GT2.

928s and 944s are growing on me for some awkward reason...

Most 944's I see around here have LS1's in them....and they stomp on everything on the track...

X98boardwell is infamous around these parts
I owned an 89 944 Turbo about 10 years ago. Loved the weight balance of the car and it was very smooth and comfortable. I would happily own one again if it made sense and I had a 4 stall garage. I would use it as a daily driver since it was so much fun to drive.

928's are nice and the GTS's are great. I just won't own a car I am too afraid to work on... but maybe I could learn like I have with everything else. Just seems more complex than the normal Porsche.
