A few weeks or a few months, large difference in time there. How many miles before the oil top up? How hard do you drive the car, lots of track days or hard acceleration/canyon cruises? Engines USE oil especially high performance turbo engines, the harder you are on the engine, ie) WOT acceleration under boost, the more oil you will use.

I drive it HARD every weekend and occasionally during the week.. had a very slight bit blue smoke on start up ONCE could be turbo seals but in terms of oil level... i changed it last month and now the warning has appeared.. so 30 days, its been driven hard

How many miles are on the car? Have you checked the intercoolers to see how much oil is in them? Same with the intake tract? If there is a LOT of oil in there you may want to replace the oil separator, if there is a little bit you are fine, there will be oil in the intake system, like I said before its the nature of a high performance engine. Then, I would check the turbo seals or get the turbos rebuilt/new ones put in, if you are wanting to upgrade.

This is ALL assuming you do not have a oil leak in the system, is there any oil that drip from the car?

Car has only done 35k ! Not had coolers or boost hoses off yet but if i do it will definitely be to upgrade! same with turbos. no point fixing something, might as well upgrade.

Explain the oil separator?

No visible drips or smells.

IDK as I do not yet have my 911, but coming from the BMW world if there is a lot of oil being used/burned, there tends to be an issue with the PCV (or the like) valves. The valve that helps vent crank case air, as these fail oil gets into the intake tract, as the PCV "recycles" air into the intake rather then having the crank case vented directly to the atmosphere.
