My 996 leaks boost , when i reach .2 i start hearing the boost damping out of the turbo as if the wastegate is open , is there any was to adjust the gates ?

The waste gates could be stuck open. They are spring loaded. U can feel it from the bottom on the side of the turbos. It takes some force to move them but they should move and spring closed.

These arms can break as well to the wastegates

If it's not that there is a major boost leak. Search the forums for a boost leak tester. Mine was in the f pipe and I could only get .6 bar

 

+1 best to do a boost leak test and then check the wastegates and see when they start to open - both DIY are here if you do a search.
