CPO ending

CPO ending

any recommendations on what to look at or have dealer look at just before CPO ends??

good question, as mine ends in October!!

Not sure how hard they will look for things to fix for us.?., seeing it's going to be on thier dime. I could be wrong?

you could take your car in for a ppi at a dealer. it will cost you, but they will find things that need repair.

I don't think "their dime" is really an issue. Dealerships are not owned by Porsche so they get paid whether it's warranty on non-warranty work (either by Porsche or the customer). That's why you have service reps (who do work for Porsche) and approval processes for warranty work.

My local service advisor told me that they can't really go looking for things that need to be fixed (i.e. fishing for warranty repairs). On the other hand, it's perfectly legitimate if you pay for an inspection and something is uncovered that qualifies for warranty repair.
