So I went to an autox yesterday and I now have a broken radiator nipple so had to get the car towed to buddy's shop to put it up on a hoist and plug it with a screw for now and drive home. Does anyone know where I could find a good deal on a right front radiator for a 01 911 turbo? Also, do any of you guys autox and have the same issue? Or is this just my luck that a cone broke a nipple off on the bottom of the radiator? I would like to have an alum or cf undertray/skidplate to prevent this from happening again. Any ideas?

 

I broke two hitting cones in autocross before I got Rob at S-Car-Go to make
a protector for just this issue.

New radiators can be had from Suncoast or I have I guy local to us thats gives me great pricing.

 

Yes, call him and say I referred you. It was back in 2000, so I don't even
remember, but they are very unobtrusive and so cleanly done that Porsche
shops don't even notice them.
