anybody with gt3 bucket seats in their car and still have the passenger mirror go down when put in reverse?

do i have to put the stock seat back in to set it?

 

You have to make sure the car is in reverse when you set the memory seat. If you set the memory in any other gear - the mirror won't go down when you reverse.

 

yes i had it in reverse but still didn't work. i am wondering if its because of the gt3 bucket seats i have in there now.

 

I have the same issue since I installed Recaro sets this spring. Lost the reverse mirror change however I didn't think to put in reverse and try resetting.

I have had that feature stop a few times when I was fooling around with the seats. If your memory functions still work after replacing your seats, you have to store something in memory 1 while the shifter is in Reverse to re-enable the dipping mirror.
