Well,actually it is regulated.... there is no tax on it, but it is considered highly toxic, and you can only buy it as a "business owner", for specific reasons...

There are way around this of course....but I have to work on it...It seems I have found a couple of possible solutions..

If I had easy acces to methanol I would have done the meth injection when doing all the other mods.....

 

That sucks. You might have to go into "business"--lol.

 

Sorry, I forgot to answer before....it was the MAF. But it was fried well before the mods and reflash....because the car run bad immediately after I completed the job....There was a huge "hole" in the power band when going part throttle at around 2-3k.

Dave suggested me to drive with the MAF unplugged.....car run fine...then I tried with a 986 MAF I had laying around and it run good too....so I purchased a new 996tt MAF and all is good now.



One thing I want to say......I feel like all that the guys at EPL did (and do) for me to help me out and deliver such an amazing product, FAR exceeds what I paid. For some reason I feel like I owe them something.

 

I am into business lol!!! I need to find a valid "purpose" for it....like it might be necessary for some production process or something like that...
