Problems with front trunck lid

My 2001 Turbo has a problem with the electric front trunk lid. It will open when I drive down the road and also when I unlock the door with the key. This is intermittant and its driving me nuts. Anyone else have this problem?
thanks Mike

I would take your key fob apart and clean it. Sounds like a sticky button.

If you haven't done so, try using your other key instead, to completely rule out the key randomly firing the unlock button. Even if you're not touching the key, it could be some short happening sporadically

It sounds like you have a short somewhere - not related to the fob, but to the unlock/trunk circuitry.
