However, top speed is actually 190 mph, according to the Texas Mile equipment anyway..... I hit the rev limiter in 6th gear a good distance before the half mile. I'm sure I could have hit 200 mph by the half mile if I had had more gears to go through......
Anyway, that's why I didn't bother to run the full mile.....couldn't go any faster....

wait dont the UGR TT lambos run the full mile though, and get something like 220 - 240?? Why does yours run out of gear at the half mile...?

Underground Racing didn't upgrade my gears. I still have the stock gearing. I may upgrade the gears later next year. My car wasn't teched to go faster than 190 mph in the mile anyway....I don't have a roll cage, 5 point harness, or a parachute installed.

But it makes sense with the lack of the safety equipment and chute...that's good that you kept it to the 1/2 mile safety first in my book! Once you get some taller gears and safety equipment you will be right there with the rest of the UGR clan...well done and very nice car
