I run 16's for the track. My motto has always been if there is a better option go that way... 27.5" with lots of sidewall = win

Guys,
Neil from Switzer sent me a time slip from a 997 GT2 with their P800 package. The ET was 10.68s at a trap of 143.5 mph!!! That is a fantastic trap for those mods!
Congrats to Switzer!!

That's the highest mph that I'm aware of on 93 octane.

A couple of problems with my initial post. First the trap was 143 not 146. Secondly, it was done on race gas. LOL!

I apologize for the error.

AMS ran a long time ago 9.95@141 alpha 9 with 93 octane

I know. I was talking about Porsches. The 1/4 mile list here only includes P-cars. I haven't been following them much lately.

Scott on a side note, your car a "promax setup" away from 1100whp or so? wondering if you decide down the road to push it more.. what your current turbos will make.

It is very fast.

Ya, Promax and injectors (mine are smaller for better low rpm driveability). My turbos are the same ones that the R1K uses, so....

Who knows.

Hi everyone

Today i had the opportunity to visit ESMOTOR. met with Emre and Salih(Besiktas). we did test drive 2 of ESMOTOR 997 tiptronic cars. one of them was the world famous record holder emres 997 tiptronic turbo.

i had ridden on my fast cars and bikes before but nothing like the Emres 997 tip. the car is mind blowingly fast, my neck was literally hurting after few runs . i think emres car is by far the fastest 997 tiptronic on earth.

thanks for the ride and the barbecue party held by emre and his crew.

KEEP UP THE QUALITY WORK ESMOTOR.
