Pad, disc and brake fluid, brake pulsation when about to stop - 6SpeedOnline

After pad, disc and brake fluid replaced, brake pulsation when about to stop

It only happens when about to stop fully, feeling exactly like ABS kicked in for a second and it doesn't affect anything, but I feel not comfort on this, anyone experienced on this too? Chance of air in the system?

The brake pad worn light is on due to one of the sensor gone, but sounds like it is not about the issue right?
