My problem is right now, I pay about $150 a month -- for my 996TT, our E55 and our new mini-van. Most of the quotes I am getting are close to $300 a month for these three cars.

Ouch.

I pay $307 a month for three cars 250/500 coverage. I think based on what friends have as well as myself, thats what it is. Funny doesnt matter make, my s-class, tt, and sonata, all around $100 a month. Hope that helps although may not be hope you were looking for. Im in palm beach county, if your moving to miami dade county it will be more.

Recommendation

AllAmerica Financial Benefit has awesome rates and part of Hanover Group accessible through an agent. Agree with 21st.com (as mentioned by another 6 speeder) is comparable but will not let you add the vehicle to a policy the instantly. Make sure you ask for the car to be insured for the value you want it to be. That way, another driver's company may not pay for what it's worth and then your company will pay you what the other won't pay.

My challenge appears to be that mine is my DD. Unitrin Direct gave me a decent rate on the 996,but kills me on the E55. Geico is the opposite. Although Geico insists I have a GT2 convertible.

I might have to split up the cars.

Well you can look around. Many agencies offer car insurance estimate calculator online so that should be easy enough. Every state tends to prefer one particular insurer, so if you already have friends in Florida, ask them.

There are many factors affecting our insurance rates so it really varies. Its either you talk to an agent or look some facts online. I've stumble upon this site
http://www.onlineinsuranceportal.com...-rates-by-car/

Just check if your car is there on the list. State goes first too so hopefully you'll find a great insurance company with an affordable quote.

First post, sent me to a garbage site that doesn't even do what you claim it does.

Nicely done.

Grundy collector car ins. is great unless it's a daily driver. They do not have a limit on mileage, but if it gets stolen at Walmart, your screwed. I pay 600/yr for my996TT and 300ZXTT with a million in liability. I did get ran off the road in my 300ZXTT, and I had the check for repairs b4 the report was even written. No emissions checks required if it is insured as a collector car in AZ.

Oh well if that's the case then you really should be shopping around your area for the one who offers the cheapest rate in car insurance policy. Goodluck on your search.
