Rear O2 Disable and Emissions

Simple question, if the rear O2s are turned off, does that account for 1 readiness monitor? The state of PA allows one readiness monitor to be not ready, but not more then 1.

I passed my emissions in NJ with them off but failed because in the visual they could not see my cats LOL, fvd straight pipes. I proceeded to ask the manager to show me cats in a different car and needless to say he failed.

rhargy is infamous around these parts
Don't know how many miles you put on it annually but because I'm pretty much soley on the track I was able to get an "under 5K exemption" in PA. So I can still keep it "street legal" for when I need to leave the track to fuel up or running back and forth to the shop.

May want to talk to whoever does your inspection.
