Proto and 911 tuning sell a kit for that. You need some fitting that are not just store bought.

I wouldn't advise leaving the fuel filter out of the loop. The setup from 911 Tuning will not work with stock intake plenum so if you want to keep stock plenum here's what you can do. British American Transfer (BAT) can supply adaptors for you that will replace the one coming out of the fuel filter and will adapt to AN -8 braided teflon fuel line. You can then go one of 2 places. You can go across the car (under the latch support) to the passenger side and install your pump near the 2 big electrical disconnects. This keeps the pump within the frame of the car. Then run the outlet side back to a conversion fitting that will adapt the -8 to the female coupling on the rubber hose (the one with the brass fuel pressure testing fitting) you took loose to attach the -8 line to the filter output. this will take it back inline straight to the driver's side rail.

The other place you can go is underneath the car to the left side cross brace and mount it on top of that and run your lines back up to the afore-mentioned fitting. Someone makes a weather resistant cover for that pump but I don't know the supplier. I've done it both ways and either seems to work just fine. Only thing with an inline pump setup like this is I think you need an inline pressure sensor (there's a barrel fiting made with 1/8 NPT female for the sensor. You can then set up an alert (big red Moroso light, or something) to let you know if the pressure ever drops off. Reason for this is that if your primary Porsche in-tank pump fails, the car will just stop. If your 044 fails and your program is relying on that extra fuel, the engine might go lean at high RPM and you would never know it. I never had that experience but is suspect it is a probability that you would lean out.
