I think it's bull**** even if they "touch it up"... depending on what the scratches look like, a repaint may be in order. Touch up paint for large scratches (through primer) is a no-no.

I was just there last month, it looked like a real stand up shop! I'll be VERY shocked if they don't take absolutely every stride to make sure you are 100% happy!
