911 Tuning race Exhaust
911 Tuning race Exhaust
I wanted to post up so most guys would understand that Marks race system exist us not very or overly loud.
I have had it on for almost 2 years and it is not drone in any way. It has the hiflow race mufflers on it
I havent started the car since November so it has a tiny sputter. Not bad for C16 with O2's
Btw. If you want a serious exhaust this should be considered as its hand made not not a import from CHINA.

Your cold start up is pretty loud but calms down after warm up. Not bad under throttle at all IMO.
Thanks. It is not loud when driving at 3000rpm so i find it to be very good.
Mark come up with a real good design and fit.
I love mine as well! I have 100 cell cats. Give Markski a yell Todd, he can do a custom 3" for you that will probably fit your need!

There is an extremely minimal amount at 2100-2200rpm on my 3" 100 cell version. I am very easily annoyed by drone and I hardly even notice it. I mean.... like 1x a month I'll even realize it's there. It's a non-issue in my opinion.
I need a catless exhaust because I run C16. But, I'm sure I'll have to live with some drone.
With race type systems you will always get some drone... it is part of the deal that goes along free flowing exhaust systems... but it is subjective. To one its fine and to another its ear piercing. I have gone thru many exhausts and heard even more... they all droned to me in some gear at certain rpm. Some were better then others though. I drove in 4th gear no drone.. the minute I put it in 6th bam it showed up... but who drives 40 mph in 6th gear? SO to be fair to most exhausts out there... drone can be avoided in most part by driving smart...

I think that's why so many of the 6-speed guys will say "great exhaust, no drone" - then a Tip owner buys one and says "ughhh, this thing drones like crazy." With the 6 speed, it's so much easier to shift yourself out of any "drone-zone" - especially if it's a relatively small range in the powerband. Tip can too, of course, but they'd probably rather just leave it in D.
Todd im serious, i have had all sorts of Exhausts and this thing is not an issue at all. I can actually listen to the radio while on the highway and not have to turn it up to kill the droan. You would be happy.
And its light to, so that will help you.
