My latest problem ....



Can I unscrew these the barbed connectors, and then re-install with teflon tape or something similar ? The one circled is definitely leaking at about 6-7 PSI, others seem fine.

Yes you can remove and seal with either teflon tape or even better yet use Loctite PST 567. It better protects against dissimular metal reactions, seizing, galling etc.

Don't just do the one that is leaking do everyone you can. Do it once, do it right.

Have you put a check valve somewhere in that line you have circled? I believe the original venturi tube has a valve just before that line as it leaves the TB. There should be no leaks downstream from the check valve, or at that fitting, for that matter.

Believe me I'm all over that, already replaced the venturi

due to bad check valve, as well as replaced the check valve that connects to the brass barb next to the circled item.
