May I? The second pump removes the head of the first pump so just by the act of moving the head to a pressure (second) pump the first pump will flow more. Lower the psi a pump has to pump against (pump rpm constant) the more fuel it will flow. The second pump lowers the line (head) psi against the stock pump therefor if pumps more fuel, now the second pump adds the pressure to it. That simple. but it is not a real fix. other steps need to be involved.
