Advice needed for a new owner

Hi guys. I have a few questions that I would appreciate some help with:
What spark plugs do u recommend? My technician suggests Denso.
Where can I get the most recent updated maps for a PCM 2 satnav?
Is there an iPod integration module for pcm2?
Do you know of any members of this forum that live in Johannesburg?

Thanks guys. I look forwards to your responses...

Add 1 more question to that list please. I need rear shocks as well. Any suggestions for a replacement option that doesn't cost as much as a small car. I am based in South Africa where prices are typically twice to thrice the price in the states so I will look to import them.

If it were me I would run an Irridium plug. Although I would not want to go 10 years on the small electrode plug.

A BKR7EIX would work well for a car with some mods or
A BKR6EIX would work well for a stock car.

If you wanted a plug that you could go a few more years with yet still have a higher quality plug go with the Platinum electrode.

A PFR7Q for a mod car
A PFR6Q for a stock car

Here is a thread that you could read.

If you are sold on the Denso then use an IK20 for a stock motor or an IK22 for a motor with some mods. Denso are also a quality plug.

Not much to educate yourself on, these are tried and true plugs for that application, there is no miracle of HP to be found here.
