Does anyone recognize this 911. Just about to pick up a 996 911 Turbo!

Does anyone recognize this 911. Just about to pick up a 996 911 Turbo!
I am hoping that someone here might know this machine and fill me in what the current owner does not know and its history. Being the car is not stock and completely blacked out I have my fingers crossed for someone to know this machine.
2002 Porsche 911 Turbo Manual WP0AB29932S687381
As per the CarProof, it was originally from Naples FL and it also says BOCA FL and DEERFIELD BEACH. Then June 30 2009 the current owner imported it here to Markham,Ontario,Canada.
The owner is not sure of the mods on the car, but this is what he knows:
1. Car has headers: (The owner believes it is from Billy Boat) & I confirmed that there is headers when we did the ppi
2. ECU upgrade: (again owner believes it is from Renntech) as well as the Porsche master tech that drove it says it must because it pull very hard, also I drove a stock one and this and can confirm to more power
3. waste gate spring up grade
4. 997 wheels
5. Appears to be lowered and maybe some suspension work, but we can not tell.
I have been waiting for along time to make a purchase of a 911TURBO and I BELEIVE I have found a great machine! I was hoping to seal the deal yesterday, but when I took it to get a PPI my mechanic noticed antifreeze when he lifted the vehicle. He says unless they start pulling it apart, it would be hard to tell what it is. There is white marks at the bottom of the motor to the back and looks like this is not just recent. The owner did tell me that there was a leak last year that he fixed (something about some housing cracking) and the older signes white streaking was caused be that. I called the shop that did the work on his car and he did confirm the for-mentioned repair.
The owner says that his mechanic did an oil change (as agreed to) and he also topped up all fluids before and over filled (there was some spilling up top) the antifreeze. He is bringing it to another place to get it looked at (TAG Motor sports in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, but he swares that this was because of it spilling being he topped up. the 1st time I drove it I didn't smell anything like when they drove it to get it ppi'ed. We are going to do a pressure test, engine wash and then drive it hard to make sure it is not boost related.
Any help with anyone recognizing this machine and has any information would be a blessing. If all checks out fine I am looking to be a Turbo owner by this weekend!
