Best Guess for reduced boost

My 2001 with 32k miles and a FVD flash has always shown regular boost of 1.0 bar. I noticed the last week it now only shows .9 bar.

I've got the original boost hoses and original diverter valves.

Is there a suggested attack plan for determining what caused the drop in max boost? It's certainly not critical, but would like to back to maximum if there is a straightforward method to resolve.

Thanks.
