Boost gauge question

Hi guys: I just had some work done on my 04 996TT Cab (stock). Replaced the power steering pump, reservoir, and had 2 pulleys replaced around the serpentine belt. Car is driving great, but I am noticing that under WOT, my boost gauge will spike to .9 to 1.2. In the past it was rare that I ever saw anything above .7 (maybe a spike to .8 or so in cool weather).

Any ideas on why I may be seeing this (anything to be concerned?)

Thanks much in advance. While my rep power is low, I can't thank you guys enough for the many tips I have picked up over the years.

TurboTodd: thanks a ton... that's exactly what it was. I was able to reconnect using needlenose pliers (and a couple of kitchen utensils ). Boost is solid now. Again, thanks!
