Little oil in the intake

While changing out the motor mount today, I saw some oil in the intake pipe. Is this a sign of turbo going bad?

All little oil is normal and expected. If it was severe then I'd say yes.
When turbos go bad they usually smoke. Not just at start up but all the time.
It can also be a failed check valve.
But I'd say your fine.
