What tires will fit?

I need some new tires for my 996tt cab I'm running the 19" techart formula wheels. They currently have the old MPS on and 3 of the tires have bubbles. I can't seem to find anything in the correct sizes. Does anyone have any suggestions? Should i go with a different size tire? currently has Front: 235/35-19 Rear: 315/25-19. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

try 305 30 19 and 245 35 19.

im sure you can even try a 305 25 19, but you will have another bubble before the armor-all sets in.

i am running 305/25/19s on the rear with 235/35/19 on the front. the 305/25/19 is no longer available, but i did buy some off of ebay BRAND NEW Pirelli pzero rossos for $329 a set. The only catch is they were manufactured in 2003, but i have put a couple thousand miles on them now, and no problems. I was running 305/30/19s, but they rubbed on my rear splash guards, and wore holes in my intercooler pipes.

The 305 30 and 235 35 combo puts too much strain on the Front diff. Front rotate about 22 more times/mile. You need tire diameters that are the same on the AWD, unless it has the electromagnetic diff. 996AWD should have 295 30's and 245 35 if your lucky enough to fit those fronts on. only 8 rotations per mile faster. Factory have fronts rotating 7 times more/mile.

This is the correct set up for 19" inch wheels. Gives the closest match to the stock 18" set up.

Only problem is finding those in the same brand. The 315 25 19's are only made by like 4 companies, and I believe only 2 make boths sizes. If you mix brands, be sure and check the brand's diameters and see if they are the same or not. If one wears faster, that can change the diameter as well.
