ok my last mod was a new carbon hand brake, so i'm thinkin it's to tight but the car rolls freely and the hand brake works fine. the first noise sounded like i ran over a can then it almost went away. second trip around the block i could hear a very silght clatter off and on. i'd think the brake was dragging but the car freewheels like it's on glass ... any ideas??? thanks in advance

 

my ebrake cables were not tught enough
