Hello,
I want to install a bigger Y pipe with BOV welded on it and fender intake since i am running Mafless tune,i just want to know if it is possible to remove the fresh intake pipe by just lowering the engine few inches.
i will appreciate any help.

the engine doesnt have to be lowered to remove the y pipe.
i had mine removed to replace an alternator this past weekend.

 

sure its not necessary to lower the engine to remove the y pipe but i am refering to the fresh intake pipes behind the engine.

 

are you talking the pipes to the turbos??? if so i had to cut mine and replaved them with the evo system. made a huge difference way faster. the factory sys was flat on the top and very restrective imo

 

who made yours? are they hard piping? or OEM?
lowering the motor will do it... but you have to cut it out in a few places
