Should I Re-Flash After Fitting Decats + Exhaust?

Just thought i should ask this question now instead of getting problems down the road.

So i have a TTS with a STOCK exhaust system which has already been flashed, this was before i bought the car so i have no idea or records of who carried out the flash. All i know is that it holds 1/1.1 bar all day long & runs as sweet as a nut

Anyway im soon to fit the EBWerks exhaust which consists of 2, 3"decat pipes then a full 3" x-pipe straight through to the tips.

So im wondering will the current flash be fine/safe to run with this change in the much less restrictive exhaust being fitted?
Or should i get the car re-flashed at the same time of fitting the exhaust?

Im guessing the car should adjust the fueling & what ever else it needs to, as it would normally do but just wanted to know for sure!

Thanks all

Thanks for the replys guys.

So hopefully with the o2 extenders their will be no cel light.

I'm guessing I will see 1.1/1.2 bar in that case.
What sort of power figure would expect from this setup?

Thanks again guys

Hey guys,

Enrique just sold me a set of his O2 extenders and I can tell you that they are really well made. I had previously purchased a couple of the 'cheap' aluminum ones from fleabay and they wouldn't even thread on to my exhaust! Then I bought a used set of FVD 'short' O2 extenders (well made) and did get a CEL that I cannot shake. The plan is to use the much longer ones from EBWERKS to solve the issue for good, and I'll be more than happy to let you guys know after they are installed.

I have to apologize to Enrique since I'm not the fastest guy to get mods installed, but believe I'll be able to get to them installed and clear my codes via my Durametric next week to confirm that it works properly. Stay tuned!
