I mean no disrespect but man how.hard would it have been to keep.the.same mounting pin.size so you didnt.have to.drill out bigger holes thru factory painted hoods? Also including a new gasket would.be a nice.touch. Just.thinking out loud...

Hello there, I hear you unfortunately the manufacturer is not able to apply smaller posts that wouldn't require any mods, I would have preferred a "no mod" product as well. It is what it is. About the gasket , the same one can be re-used without any problems, those gaskets are rarely damaged or even ever replaced. Thanks
