New location to hang turbos in

A good idea to check for voltage drop at the pump on the dyno and see if you are losing flow there. I know of a few oldschool guys in the area that have some ~2KHP drag cars(vintage V8 stuff) that were running a separate battery for the fuel pump itself, which charged off the alternator but had an an isolater between it and the main battery that kept all other leech systems from drawing off it except the pump. Some people say it's counter intuitive but I've watched it work.
.5V of of voltage drop at these kinds of fuel flow is quite of fuel flow loss up to, just for subject sake.
MY curiosity wants to know that if you added a secondary fuel rail setup + 6 injectors, would you run them simultaneously at equal duty cycles, or can the M800 stage them in on a separate map with their own variables? Back in my younger teen days i had a car that ran a bullcrap EIC(extra injector controller) that was 100% isolated from all other PCM parameters and in the end it worked very well to get tons of fuel when needed and maintain great low throttle drivebility. Old tech compared to the stuff out now but the principle remains....

Anyone that doesn't know that should not be responding to you about the log so hope that wasn't the case.
heck I would cancel all that log crap take a 15 foot -4 line and little 0-100 psi gauge make a pull and watch it to confirm it's going to 85+psi.
good luck on the project I am all for out the box turbo projects.
back when I did my 996 I proved that a simple project went faster then 98% of the big projects at the time.

That is basically right, he is at 87 psi of fuel pressure, 33 psi of boost so he is really running 54 psi of fuel pressure when that picture was taken. So he is down 10% from where his base should be at 60 psi.
Weldon states a max of 80 psi for that pump FWIW. As long as the pump is getting 14 VDC then the pump and injectors should both max at the same time with the 43psi base pressure and 37 psi of boost pushing 205gph. Obviously if you change the boost or any other figure that will change the others as well.

Weldon 2345-A.... 190gph @110psi 14volt
240gph @110psi 16volt

That must be indepedent testing and Weldon underrates their pump or Weldon changed things and hasn't updated their website.

Funny thing is when I talk to manufacturers and they ask " how long are you racing for?" years I say. Then its "no the car, threw the pit, burnout then down the 1/4?'' I laugh and say no I drive on the streets... "Then they laugh and tell me "You know you got a race car? Right?"

Is the plan to get it sorted before winter, make any changes you need over winter and be ready to rock next spring?

Tim,
Just saw this, met you many years ago at the Texas Mile. You beat my MPH slightly as I recall. We were pioneers in the TX Mile for 996 Turbos. Eddie Bello was there and as I recall, you guys drove your damn cars from NY city to BFEgypt and back.
Cool stuff, love your project. I am getting itchy for something like this. Peace !

How have you been? Sure do remember you! Yes we were the pioneers. When I seen the work that other cars (That white Evo) had I thought what a waste of some time off, then when we start ripping it I could not stop. Need to get back to that strip in the middle of nowhere. PS my car only dyno'ed 625rwhp back then add a fuel pump after the trip and made 730. If I am not mistaken I still had stock turbo intercoolers too.
Tim
Oh In case some people don't know or forgot!
RIP VR..
