Wastegate pressure tester / installation tool
Ok people,
I'm getting ready to install my new 1-bar AMS Wastegates and am a bit concerned by the adjustment method of using compressed air. I understand the process, but I need a suitable hand pump! Everything I have found is high pressure and does not provide enough detail in readout of lower pressures (like the 0-20 psi we need).
Can you guys chime in with which pump you are using and where I could obtain one? If it's home made, can you please provide photos, parts detail, and build directions. Thanks!

I couldn't find that one Markski. What do you think of the 8510 above?
I used this set up with a mity vac silverline. I tested right from the N75 valve to make sure there were no leaks and both WG were opening at the same time.

You can also get a quality small bike tire pump with a gage on it or a motorcyle air suspension hand pump which has a gage on it..We either you would just have to make an simple adaptor to attach to the hose..
