My vote is glossy charcoal (easier to clean) with silver barrels. You want some contrast, but the black is maybe too much with the chrome lips.

Easy, huh?

Gotta agree on that! Darker finish of the center face with a somewhat lighter finish of the wheel barrel would work best.

taken w/ my iphone and it's a tad dark for the wheels, but you get the point.

Other than what color combination you like the best -- I'd also consider how well you'd like to be able to see the mesh (look) of the wheel. Darker colors will be harder to see, especially in lower lighting conditions. The silver will stand out much better. Just a thought.

Very good point. I just always loved that sharp contrast between silver and black, looks really good together. If I go for the black inner then I should probably focus on less intricate looking wheel, since you won't even really see the detail. Sounds like money saved already lol

I have Champion RG5Bs. Black is less maintenance for sure. Some wheel cleaner and a hose. Done. I was the car the same time.

Interesting, did Champion do the finish in black for you or did you do that independently?

Both ebay items.

Harness that wires to battery for auto on/off. Turns on the led lights when you lock/unlock the car as well for about 15 seconds:

Lights themselves:

To connect you just get some wire connectors from radio shack. I had originally tried to wire it to my Dension power lines but I ended up just having both lights running up the left side of the underside of the front trunk and up to the battery. If you want I can take some pics.

I bought the car with it already done. It had the RG5B designation stamped in the underside of the wheel. So, I don't know if the previous owner had it powder coated or not.

Pics would great! Does the relay just connect to the battery or somewhere else as well for the DRL function? Also, how bright are the LEDs themselves?

Thanks!!

Yep, relay just connects to battery. There's a positive and negative wire with a U piece that you hook right up to the battery terminals. The relay also comes with a bunch of other wires if you want to wire up the led's to turn off when you flip the blinkers on and and dim when the high beams come on etc, but I just wrapped all those up as I didn't really care lol. I'll start up another thread to avoid threadjacking Jay's.
