CarboTech brakepads for high hp

Everybody recommended me these brake pads as the best choice performance wise for high hp 911tt.

I am going for XP8 I think, thy are very expensive in my opinion, like > 400 pounds + VAT / 620 USD front+rear + VAT (19%), offer received from UK.

Anyway on their site they are quoted @ 450 usd but this is another issue, anybody used them ? Any differences btw other performance pads ? EBC, Pagid, etc ?

I've used them for over 10 years now on every performance car I've owned. They are a great pad and you will not be disappointed.

We have used them in several cars the performance is great. They will squeal unfortunatly. The 10 is also a great compound. I think they are worth their cost and you will feel more power in every stop

I use xp 10 for the track, but they are way noisy at slow speed. They are phenomenal stoppers, and what is best is how good they are to your rotors. All Carbotech are rotor friendly, which is nice!
I used XP8 for street, they are a bit less stopping, but far better than OEM, and a bit less noisy and less dusty.
I love em, and have run Pagid 19 as well. All good, but here in the US, XP10 are cheaper. Good luck!
