MAF Rubber Boot Degrading

MAF Rubber Boot Degrading
The rubber boot that is on top of the MAF is starting to degrade and it has some small holes in it, so there a chance moisture is creeping into that area.
Can I buy a replacement boot or do I need to replace the entire MAF wiring harness? I haven't seen any parts list for the boot or the harness.
