Exotics Racing Las Vegas - Absolutley Fantastic!
Let me begin by saying that I have zero affiliation with this outfit. I'm just a very satisfied customer.
Simply put, you can drive virtually any Paddle shifted car you can dream about on the 1.5 mile race track for a fee. I drove the following cars:
Mclaren mp4-12c - Really Liked it a LOT. But for the same price as a 458 the Ferrari is sharper in every way except mid-range turbo torque. A fantastic effort given McLaren's size/volume. But I would take the Ferrari and known quantities that come with it (including resale).
Ferrari 458 Italia - Probably the best all around car I can imagine. The turn-in is incredible and the engine is as sweet as they come.
Audi R8 V-10 - Sublime with great power. Slightly disappointed at old school single clutch shifter. This was definitely the cruiser of the bunch.
Nissan GTR - I can not say how disappointed I was. The car was very "removed" AFAIC. Definitely not in the league of the cars mentioned above. This was a 530 HP 2012 model BTW. Maybe much better in a more aggressive track setting. The car felt heavy and underpowered and IMO didn't come close to my very modded 996 in any respect.
You reserve the cars. Show up, do a 45 minute in-class session (not really about car control) and start driving the snot out of the cars you paid for with a professional instructor who is teaching you the line and urging you to go faster. I went as fast and hard as I would without the instructor and they were pushing me to be smoother and go faster. Most of the cars saw 110-135 or so in the straight which is enough to shift through the gears and rev it out in several gears.

1.Aston Martin Vantage V8(sounded great & handled better then thought)
2.Audi R8 (made you feel like you could really push it hard in corners)
3.Ferrari 430 Scuderia(not a Ferrari fan but Wow amazing sound loved it)
4.Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 (was disappointed was very heavy car in turns but a blast shifting through gears on straight a ways!
I appreciated my car a lot more after driving these cars, I would go back would love to drive the MP4 & the GTR. Oh I also did a ride along in a Z06 with a professional drifter for 2 laps was absolute insanity. Best $1600 ever spent all cars + drifting experience.
Have done it and will do it again. Thanks for the review, I did it before they had the MP.
I drove the SLS, Scud and 458.
I felt the 458 lacked turn in and that the front tires did not grab like my GT2. I also felt all the cars were much slower then mine on the straights. But it was a blast to experience them on a track and the insturctors and all employees were very friendly and helpful. I felt that I focused to much on my track driving that I forgot to appreciate the car itself. So will have to do it again soon.

Prices vary by car and number of laps + how many cars you drive. certainly not cheap but very worth it IMO. Especially if you're thinking of buying the car in question.
