ok 24 hrs later and spent the entire day driving and getting used to the car. everyone who has heard the car loves the tone and the aggressive sound. my complaint is the f**&^ drone!! 70 to 90 mph to me its just downright annoying . any ideas?

Post some videos! And trust me, you'll get used to the drone. I had the worst drone in my m3 but I learned to ignore it. Never would even notice it was there
heres a short clip my buddy took. doubt ill get used to the drone, its not really something i want to get used to rather find a way to tone it down to a tolorable level while keeping the aggressive sound when im on the power

Wow, sounds badass. What's up with the trippy camera effect though!?
Do you have additional pics of the exhaust (and maybe the spoiler too)? I can't find quality pics of that exhaust on a 996TT for the life of me
the spoiler is a fixed spoiler i have no up/down switch in the cabin. as for pics did you try the gmg website? i should be dpoing an poil change this weekend and ill try to remember to take a few pics but be warned i suck at fotography
Sorry for resurrecting an old thread but I just purchased a 2009 turbo that has an aftermarket exhaust with no manufacturer stamps/numbers that I could see. It looks exactly like the GMG WC exhaust. I am attaching pictures in hopes someone on this forum can confirm if this is in fact a GMG exhaust system.
