Thumbs up Vendor Review - Fabryce@GMG

I need to give a big thumbs up to Fabryce @ GMG. I had an unfortunate situation arise with a GMG wheel that was not their fault. The wheel has been discontinued, so I thought I was up a creek without a paddle. Fabryce went above and beyond by finding a replacement wheel for me.

All of this in less than 24 hours, 4 states away via phone and e-mail.

In business, getting the right product is always important. Finding the right people is critical. GMG is on the top of my list for having both.

Additional props to The Man Cave, and Spec Wheels, both in the Denver area. All three businesses took ownership of the problem and worked with me to find solutions to the problem.

Thanks again!

Jon

Always nice to hear when a vendor/sponsor steps up to the plate and helps out a customer in need!
