this always happens, i had a crew outside of my home yesterday from Ontario, Canada. Lines for gas (even walk up with cans) is at least 3-4 hours long (waited 3 hours for 10 gallons for the generator).
wont have power back till end of week prob, they're going to rewire the entire street.

If the contractor will not pay the workers prevailing rate and certify his payroll then no! he will never work for new york state. I say shame on the scum contractor that would not pay his men properly..
