Anyway to tell who did it?

Hi, I have been looking at a 996 TT and it has had the ECU tuned but the seller does not know who did it, is there any way to figure this out without any records?

i don't think so.. if i were you i'd have the buyer, if possible, come down 2k off his bottom line and re-tune it with someone you feel comfortable with if it bothers you??
