Just removed clutch spring. What a difference!
Hmmm.... the clutch in my new to me TT, seems pretty easy to use. I wonder if this mod has already been done to it? Should I look for a "missing" pin? Nothing unusual about my clutch feel, but I also drive five different manual transmission cars, and they all feel different.
Before I did this mod the pedal was all over the place it actually felt like the clutch engagement would change randomly although always on the high side. Now its a bit stiffer but it feels exactly the same every time, that's the biggest benefit to me.

I have the same type of trans mods as you, I hate the clutch feel. Stalling a Porsche on a crowded street is kinda embarrassing, I'm gonna try to take of the spring.
A good mod also is the RSS clutch stop, I have mine installed and adjusted to a shorter step/push on the clutch pedal.
There is another thred on this which is like 20 pages long. Interestingly, most that tried it loved it... For a while. Later in the thred you can see they reinstalled the spring or a modified version of the spring. I didn't read all 20 pages, but that seemed to be the consensus.
So I am reading my latest stack of car magazines and I am noticing the entry ( on car of the year write-ups) that the Porsche 991 is getting hammered for the imprecise, all-over-the-place pick-up of the clutch pedal. WOW! So after all this time, Porsche has still not solved the issue. Unbelievable.
I've got the driveway from hell. Short, a roughly 30 ++ %incline ending with a rolling incline 10 foot section that ends at a road on a hill with fast traffic around a blind corner. In fact I need a mirror at the road on the right hand side to see oncoming traffic.
Feathering the clutch and slowly crawling is so much easier after this mod.

i've had mine removed for a while and it definitely improves the feel especially for clutches that grab high.

I never touched the spring and have the GT2 Accumulator delete done...clutch is completely predictable...

Then you missed spending an hour under the clutch, killing your back, getting nauseous, and swearing like a drunken sailor

1 clip push the pin and wiggle the clutch pedal . took all of 5 minutes to get mine out. took 20 minutes to get the air duct back in properly!
