Want to reiterate this. Allstate rolled over 3 times when I was a teenager. Lane changed into me twice, they gave up both times. Pulled into a parking place, and got clipped by a 2 day old car that had already been in an accident. They rolled over again.

 

That's a true bummer. Looks like it may be totaled?

 

It has been declared a total loss estimated repair was ~$46,000 Still waiting to see what they value my car at. And somehow they're dragging their feet on determining fault... I got rear ended while not moving in traffic whats there to figure out is my question. I just want to get paid so I can pick up another turbo ASAP.

here,s a thought , this is just a bump in the rd of life ... i try to think when bad things happen , how will this affect me in 5 years????. hopefully it will just be a memory and you will have a nice new p car . had i stroke in 08 i was not fun the guys on 6 really kept me going while i had only my right side that worked but that was almost 5 years ago

 

they are just checking their options trust me they will cave . if you have full coverage your covered they are just testing the other ins. co. yep the yellow headlites are brite but i like em
