Thanks for the tip about the dynolicious app...I actually bought that when I had my C2 and I forgot all about it. I will give it a try.
Also, I had Tony/EPL flash for 91 octane since that is the best I can do in California.

I am not exactly sure what all the confusion is about, but what you are feeling is correct. Why is everyone comparing crank hp to wheel hp? The 996 turbo makes 420 CRANK HP from the factory. This equates to about 325-340 WHEEL HP. With a flash, you get to 400-425 WHEEL HP. That's a gain of 50-75 WHEEL HP, which would be 500 CRANK, if I had to guess?

to be on the safe side i put 380.. could be 400 wheel if all is good, at what range of the RPM? 380 would be a solid guess.. 91 octane is the killer here.. K16's are low end torque turbos, they need better fuel to run better.. its not what the HP #'s are, its how does it feels? Imo i'm sure it feels fast!!! someone i know had a k16 car here in CA with a lot of mods. he told me that he was at 480 crank on 91... he know has a GTR.. trader!!!! LOL

That is more like what I was thinking, and more like what the mods feel like. I'm pretty happy with 400whp/500crank after having these mods for a few months. That is what I was hoping I would get as an answer when I made the post. I really hope I can resist the urge to make additional mods
I'm probably responsible for the varied answers because in my OP I asked for both crank and wheel HP estimates for this setup and somewhere along the thread the answers may have become conflated.

My guess would be 425 WHP on a dynojet with your mods and a 91 octane tune. 435 if you had a 93 octane tune.

I have this exact mod and while its more fun to drive, I'm finding I'm running out of power at the top end.

911tuning.com states 80 hp gain from the tune and 20-25 hp gained from exhaust. that would be crank hp.

Mike, I have a 1.0 bar, 91 tune from UMW, and same catless exhaust you can see my dyno numbers on my signature. I have no additional power mods myself.

426whp/498wtq If we put that in CRANK power lets use 1.15 (15% power train loss, I think it is higher buy lets use 15%) it brings it to :

490 crank hose power.
573 crank torque

Hey Enrique...I see you've been really busy lately with your splitter project but if you want to do another HWY 9 run let me know...I think coilovers are the next mod after feeling how incredibly planted your car is!
I'm gathering from the responses that these mods produce ~500HP/~560lbft at the crank. My butt dyno is fairly accurate

Yup ! I'm done modifying my car after redoing the splitter in Carbon fiber. Took me a good 6 years to reach this point

Anytime you want to go to hwy 9 let me know. Saturday's work best for me. I have a laguna seca track day the 21st, if you want to take a stroll down the track you should come ! I can instruct you if need be.

I have been driving my car for 6+ years as a DD. That "week" has not come

I have not even driven my car with the re-flash and exhaust yet since it is in storage for the winter but I know I am going to want more after two weeks of driving it. It's a damn disease!

The only things saving me is the hopes that hopping in the RX7 with quench my thirst for the extra speed and the fact that my pocket book can't take the punishment of modding the 911 too much.

It has been a few months and I still smile every morning when I start the engine but I can definitely see where you are coming from. Not sure if I will be looking for a "new location to hang turbos in" anytime soon though
