High power awd question

Hi guys. So I've been surfing the forums long enough to hear the awd/ rear drive debate. Here's two questions for you guys.
1. at what hp does awd become a traction advantage versus rwd. I'm talking 60-130 action and roll racing. Does the weight in the rear help that much (I'm transitioning from corvettes). Or with toyo 888's
is it possible to put down big power.
2. when not drag racing, will the awd system on these cars hold up to big power for roll racing? I'm talking 800+ and closer to 1000 hp.

Thanks for your input in advance. I know these are "odd" questions considering how much it takes to build a car to this kind of level, but I'm seeing in advance if this is a platform that will work for my deal. I'm tired of spinning the wheels. Power is the easy part...

I assume you are asking about 996's. I've know of the front drive to Grenade around 600awhp (ttboost)

Since the motor is in the rear, traction on a good surface is good with R888's. SUPRAVIPER'S 1250hp GT2 hooks just fine with r888's from 60 in 3rd gear.
