I have NOT had the same experience with my Speedtech. Sure there is a faint smell at times without CATS, but it's far from excessive IMO, and I highly doubt it's permeating my clothing

However, I do not run the A/C often.

I have the same experience. If I walk around to the back of my car or I am pulling into my garage and leave it running even for a 2min, then it permeates my cloths.

When I am driving Ihave never had an issue smelling it into my cabin with the windows down. Then again I have not had the catless set up in the heat of summer, but only in the cold of fall.
