Smile head light washer

Hi guys its been a while but my pop up head light washer has broken ( the chrome piece on top of the light ) does anyone know how to fix it, I have the part. cheers peter !!!

you can pull it up with needle nose, so it can be released or it's sometimes easier if you have someone to work the washer stalk with which they can activate the washer function while the other guy ( you? ) grabs the washer nozzle part as it extends. you just replace the part and the shiny chrome part is attached. thats how i remember it.

I simply removed the headlight (It's one quarter turn bolt). You can look up instructions on this forum.

With the light removed, I used compressed air (make sure to turn your regulator pressure down) to push the sprayer up and hold it.

At this point you can pull the clip and remove the sprayer with the cap attached.

I had my brother hold the washer button on while I grabbed it and pushed on the new cap.
