I called him a couple of times regarding spec Qs and he was super helpful.. even told me of a short cut for the spring install (the mechanic thanks you Erik).

Such after sale customer service is so refreshing..

I have said it before and I will say it again, Erik is one of those rare individuals who's passion for what he does is second to none. I definitely appreciate the many, many hours on the phone and in person spent picking his brain for info relating to this stuff.

Thank god he's not a lawyer i would have ran up a huge balance for "billable phone hours!!!"
