Anyone have any ideas? Been working on my car and went to close my hood and it will not latch completely? The first latch will hook but not the one to completely close it?

 

Can't say I've experienced that so far. I'm guessing you were working in that general area of the car? Could there be anything blocking the latch? Maybe a loose bolt/nut or something from whatever it was you were working on?

 

I figured it out! My emergency release cable for the latch had snagged on something and was holding it open!
