Carbon Fiber side-view mirrors
Hi all,
Im just finalizing my final modification (yeah right!). I am looking for a REAL carbon fiber side-view mirrors. I do like the shape and the dimension of the original mirrors, but I am looking for the CF version, sort of like the '04 GT2s. I heard it from somewhere at the 04 GT2s mirror is not a "real" CF. I might be wrong though. So, do any of you know who makes an after-market CF mirrors?

boston7777 - I think Ruf mirrors are smaller
rokitmam - That is a great pic! That is exactly what I want! Does the 04 GT2 shares the same mirrors?
Does anybody know the part # for that CF mirror ?

They are 996 "RS" mirrors.
They are very small and sleek looking. THey are made of Kevlar Carbon and they retail for $795.
Be careful about those GT2 mirrors as I thought they were "carbon LOOK"...

Does that mean that the '04 GT2 wing is also carbon look? I can’t imagine paying 180 grand for a car, and having faux carbon fiber parts on it.
EM996: I think that carbon fiber side-view mirrors would look very cool. If you get them, be sure to post some pics.
